A material package bundles the lumber and building materials for a specific project — like a pole barn, cabin, garage, or home — into one organized list, so you order what you need without piecing it together item by item.

What a package usually includes

Packages are built around the project rather than sold as a fixed kit off a shelf. A typical building package can include framing lumber, roofing and siding panels or shingles, house wrap or vapor barrier, fasteners and connectors, doors, windows, and exterior trim — [Heritage to confirm exactly what each package contains]. How a package gets put together

What's typically not included

A material package covers the building materials themselves, not everything around them. How pricing works

Listed prices are a starting point; final pricing includes tax and delivery, so it’s confirmed by quote. Taxes and delivery are calculated based on the delivery location for orders within 150 miles of 47441; delivery outside that area should be confirmed with Heritage before ordering. Lumber and material costs can shift with the market, and lead times can run longer during busy building seasons, so pricing is typically held once a deposit is placed rather than at the time of first quote.
